  10. jacqattacq said: Yes drink water and make fitness fun but there are no wrong or right foods. That’s diet culture talking and it’s toxic. You don’t have to eat clean, that’s unsustainable. Follow the 80/20 rule by eating roughly 80% whole foods (1 ingredient foods like fruits, veggies, meats, nuts, seeds, etc) and 20% treats or fun foods. Treats are key, actually. And self love.
